FoundationSearch™ America - Money Back GuaranteeTerms & Conditions
We are so confident that FoundationSearch™ America will give you positive results that, subject to acceptance and our Guarantee Terms and Conditions outlined here, we are offering a 6-month Money Back Guarantee.
Acceptance
When considering you for acceptance to the Money Back Guarantee program, Chapel & York will consider the following:
- - Do you have the support of a 501(c)(3)* organization?
- Have you received grants from American Foundations, other international sources, or do you have grant income from national Trust & Foundation sources?
- Do you have appropriate projects/programs that in the opinion of Chapel & York would be suitable
for funding from American sources, or, if seeking general operating support, are you, in the opinion of Chapel & York, an appropriate organization for receiving such support from American foundation sources?
- Do you have the resources available to carry out the necessary research/application writing in a timely and appropriate manner?
- Note: FoundationSearch™ America will primarily be of use to the following groups:
- - Educational Establishments – Universities, Colleges, etc.
- Research Organizations
- -International Development Organizations
- .
- Other large international and national organizations.
Guarantee Terms
- 1. Clients must arrange a one-hour familiarization session with Chapel & York** (either face-to-face or by telephone) within 6 weeks of activation of the license.
2. Applications for a refund must be received by Murrayworks Market Systems within seven months from the date of the invoice.
3. A minimum of three funding refusal letters must accompany any claim under this guarantee. These letters can relate to a full application, proposal, concept letter or Letter of Inquiry, provided that the individual application guidelines published by each foundation within FoundationSearch™ America have been followed.
4. An endorsed guarantee form provided by Chapel & York must accompany the refund claim.
5. Guarantee applies to subscriptions of one year or more.
6. Consultants, Government and for-profit organizations are ineligible for inclusion in the Money Back Guarantee program.
7. Payments must be received by Murrayworks Market Systems no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
8. The client agrees that a Murrayworks Market Systems appointed auditor may independently verify guarantee claim.
Guarantee
If you are accepted to the Money Back Guarantee program and satisfy the above guarantee terms, Murrayworks Market Systems will refund your FULL license fee (less a transaction charge of $100) if you are unsuccessful in obtaining any funding approval from any sources listed in FoundationSearch™ America, after six months from the date of your invoice.
