Barbara Davidson

Head of Communications - Training

Barbara first joined Chapel & York in 1997, primarily responsible for setting up and building a database of contacts, which now totals over 14,000 worldwide.  Her role today, as head of communications, is to increase awareness of Chapel & York’s services both in the UK and overseas and to develop and promote training opportunities.

From 1998 to 2006 she also assisted, and eventually ran, a UK registered charity, which, over many years, sought to maintain and protect the fundamental rights of the most disadvantaged sections of the South African population. She successfully obtained the largest grant in the charities history and doubled donations from individual donors in one year. As a representative of the Trust, she had meetings and discussions with persons of standing in business, political and diplomatic worlds.
