AUTHORIZED BOOK AGENCIES.
We are recruiting Authorized Book Agents. Currently we are promoting:
- Directory of American Grantmakers 2008-2009 (Book GBP 24.95, PDF GBP 9.50 plus VAT in EU)
- Directory of Asia Pacific Grantmakers (book GBP15.50, and CD GBP7.50 plus VAT in EU.
- Fundraising from Europe, book, GBP15.50.
- Directory of European Grantmakers, book GBP 15.50.
We pay GBP5.00 for each of these books sold and GBP1.50 for each CD sold by an Authorized Agency. It is not currently possible to sell pdf downloads through an Agency.

How the Authorized Book Agencies programme works:
We aim to keep this as straightforward as possible, and if you have any questions please email us.
To qualify as an Authorized Agency you must already sell books in English from a website,
OR you must have purchased from Chapel & York at least one copy of the book(s) or CD you want to sell.
You must have a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and your currency regulations allow you to make payments to the United Kingdom. You must also have an email address.
Promote the book(s) in every way you can think of, using any means you wish, for example, on a website, in a shop or office or other meeting place, face to face (e.g. at conferences and meetings), on your blog, in a newspaper, radio, television, posters, etc.
Focus your selling on NGOs and nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Each book you sell generates commission of GBP5.00 and each CD GBP1.50 or the equivalent in your own currency. Future publications may attract more or less commission.
To be considered for an Agency you must email the information requested below. When you are accepted as an Authorized Agency we will send you your Agency Number and other information including shipping charges.
Your name and address and contact details will be displayed on our website so that you can be contacted by anyone who wants to see or purchase a book locally.
We suggest that you sell books for the price advertised on the Chapel & York website plus shipping.
When you sell a book you email us details of the purchaser and your Agency Number. You use our secure server to pay us the cost of the book less GBP5.00 plus shipping.
We send the book to your customer within 4 working days.
You can withdraw and we can withdraw from the Agency agreement at anytime by email.
